They have over 2000 employees and annual sales exceed $300 million. For fourteen years, Mark has worked there and is currently a Systems Manager overseeing Inventory, Purchasing, and Production systems at the company. Recently passed the Microsoft exam for SQL Server 2005 Implementation and Maintenance. Mark has been on the committee since 2006. |

Pearl Higgins is the IT Manager for McAlpin Industries, a ProfitKey user since 1992. She has more than 25 years of experience in the IT field, and has worked in companies ranging from aerospace & defense to make-to-order contract manufacturing. Pearl has overseen the growth of McAlpin's Unix network from 20 to more than 100 users, and has worked through two conversions, from 532 to version 6 and from version 6 to version 7. McAlpin Industries, located in Rochester NY, is a make-to-order manufacturer of sheet metal products and assemblies, serving the automotive, business machine, high-tech / telecommunications, medical, and consumer recreation industries. |

Josh has been with Liquid Waste Technology, a Division of Ellicott Dredges (formerly Baltimore Dredge) as their Production Manager for almost four years now. At the time he started, LWT had just contracted with ProfitKey. His company uses the program for a more low volume, highly structured, custom kind of way. They build maybe 60 dredges per year, each with its own product structure. Josh has attended two User Group conferences (Myrtle Beach and Scottsdale) and has thoroughly enjoyed them. |

He has implemented ERP Systems in two optical manufacturing companies and has worked with ProfitKey software since 1992. Janos is a manufacturer of Infrared Optical components and Assemblies and servers a diverse market that includes research, bio-medical, astronomy, defense and commercial applications. Don has a degree in mathematics from the University of Connecticut and is very involved in application development and software customization. |
